As you walk into the cottage you will find yourself in a very attractive well lit room with original beams and brick fireplace, wood burner / multi fuel stove (initial supplies of wood supplied). Two large comfortable leather sofas with cushions, two leather bean bags, Oak furniture (including a secret treasure toy box), TV with freeview box, DVD, CD player, free private Broadband connection and lots of games for children and adults.
Curl up on the sofa in the evening and relax with a good book from our selection.

Kitchen
Into the next room you can indulge yourself in a fully equipped stunning country kitchen which includes, electric range cooker, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and kettle.
Equipped with everything needed should you wish to cook a meal or prepare a delicious picnic.

Dining Room and Downstairs Toilet
Leaving the kitchen you enter the dining room where a family of 6 can be seated, with a convenient side door to the outside. There is a downstairs toilet and hand basin. You will also find a washing machine and the private garden does include a washing line however, if you are unlucky with the weather there is a tumble dryer.

Outside Front Garden
As seen from the front of the cottage you will find yourself in an enclosed garden with a large bed of wild flowers along the garden path leading to the cottage. A small lawned area with a hand carved bench and table tucked in the corner is ideal for enjoying the morning sunshine. A perfect spot to escape and enjoy a good book and a perfect table to put your cup of tea (or glass of wine) on.
Private Garden
Outside of the cottage there is allocated parking for two cars ,a front garden and a private garden, including seating area and barbecue .The garden also includes a fresh selection of herbs to choose from.A large lockable shed is available for storage of bicycles (including repair kit) water sports and walking equipment.
A well behaved dog (by arrangement) is welcome . The cottage sleeps 5 guests, but is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
